Justin was my service tech, not Ryan Cannon. On 7/11/18, I called Blalock Heating and Air, after receiving recommendations about their business. The lady I spoke with (Brenda) was very nice on the phone. Justin arrived at my house on time He introduced himself, was polite and respectful. I explained the situation. He went right to work and fixed the problem. I have already recommended Blalock on facebook.
